Shipping Options

We offer express shipping for all orders within Australia and internationally. Here are the details:

  • Australia: Free shipping for orders over $100

  • International: We ship your order the same day if you order before 1 pm on weekdays, or the next day if you order after midday. All shipments originate from the Sydney, Australia.

Shipping Time

  • Orders are dispatched promptly, ensuring quick delivery to our customers.

  • For domestic orders (within Australia), expect delivery within 1-3 business days.

  • International delivery times vary based on the destination but typically range from 3-10 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Australia & New Zealand: Free express shipping for orders over $100

  • International: $20 DHL Express shipping fee.

Taxes, Duties, and Customs

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country.

Lost or Missing Products

  • In the rare event that a product is lost during shipping, please contact our customer support team immediately. We’ll investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

Returns and Refunds

  • Refer to our returns policy for information on returning swimwear items.

  • If a return is necessary due to shipping-related issues (e.g., damaged products during transit), we’ll handle it promptly.

Returns Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your swimwear purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help. Please review the following guidelines for returns:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Swimwear must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition to be eligible for returns.

  • All tags must be attached: Original tags must be attached and not have been removed at anytime.

  • Hygiene Liners: Ensure that all hygiene liners are intact and have not been removed.

  • Original Packaging including: Return swimwear in its original packaging to facilitate processing.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return.

  • After 30 days, we regret that we cannot accept returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our friendly customer support team via email or phone. Provide your order number and a brief reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization (RA) number.

  3. Packaging: Pack the swimwear securely, including the RA number and a copy of your original invoice.

  4. Shipping: Ship the return to the address provided by our customer support team.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Upon receiving the returned swimwear, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange for a different size or style, please indicate this in your return request. We’ll assist you in placing a new order for the desired item.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.
